Product Safety and Warranty
At ‘My Magic Tunnel’ we want to ensure that only magical experiences are shared. We don’t have the right magic to fix injuries SO we take safety seriously.
The product has been designed to meet the toy safety standards of Australia and global industry requirements for toxicology, lead, phthalates, heavy metals and microbiological contamination.
The product was checked and reviewed at every stage of design and production with rigorous testing procedures developed and provided to the manufacturer. Our manufacturing company was strategically chosen due to their high-quality products, reputation and working conditions. One in-person audit (August 2023) has been conducted by a partnering design specialist company during design phase with ongoing audits to be conducted to ensure that our standards and procedures are strictly adhered to.
We use independent testing laboratories to perform our testing evaluations, to ensure high testing expertise and impartial evaluation process.
My Magic Tunnel is not appropriate for children aged 0-3 years. The tunnel and track should be used as specified in the book and is designed to sit on a shelf or an open area on the floor. It should be kept out of direct sunlight through a window.
Warranty
All Willis Family Enterprises Pty Ltd. products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within the warranty period, The Willis Family Enterprises Pty Ltd. will replace or refund any product that fails in normal use. It is The Willis Family Enterprises Pty Ltd.’s sole discretion whether to replace or refund the product. Such replacement will be made at no charge to you, excluding any shipping costs. A dated sales receipt or order confirmation email is required as proof of purchase with any warranty claim.
This warranty applies only to Willis Family Enterprises Pty Ltd. Company products that can be identified by the ‘The My Magic Tunnel’ (T) Company trademarked logo affixed to the product. This warranty shall not apply to any Willis Family Enterprises Pty Ltd. products that have been purchased from unauthorized or third-party resellers; that have been altered by Buyer or other third-party; damaged by improper application; sold or purchased illegally; determined by Willis Family Enterprises Pty Ltd. to be unauthorized reproductions or counterfeit goods.
Each warranty claim is processed individually once the warranty details (below) have been emailed through. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response once your email has been submitted.
We will replace any manufacturing defect or workmanship defects.
We do not cover:
- Sun damage: Ee do not recommend placing the product in areas where it will be exposed to direct sunlight through windows as it can cause discoloration and effect the durability of the material.
- Accidental Damage: We do not cover accidental damage of the product cause by customers.
- Improper care or use
- Normal wear and tear
Warranty Claim

- Order Number
- Name
- Photos of your damaged product
We will respond to all emails within 2-3 business days.
