How It Works
1. Read the storybook & name your train 2. Set up tunnel and train 3. At bedtime face the train to the tunnel 4. Read the book and talk about where you and your train will go in your dreams 5. Reward with treat or postcard 6. Enjoy developmental activities and magical mornings

The book promotes children to be in bed and asleep before 8:05 for the magic to work. The book also helps to build a sense of connection, love, and safety to help calm a child’s nervous system and promote better sleep.
