We would love to be able to share our magic far and wide but unfortunately, at this time, we are only stationed in Australia.
Our tracks do not yet venture outside of Australia!
How can I receive a refund?
If you wish to receive a refund, please email admin@mymagictunnel.com.au with the full name and email connected to your order and our team will do our best to assist you.
If your product is faulty or damaged, please see the warranty (link) section of our website.
Please note: If you have simply changed your mind, we do not provide refunds.
Special consideration will be given in exceptional circumstances, however you must be able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase. Further, the merchandise must be:
in saleable condition
unused with all original packaging
returned to us with any gift or bonus received (if applicable)
the exchange or refund is sought within 14 days of purchase
Is 'My Magic Tunnel' manufactured in Australia?
Whilst we would love to have kept manufacturing on this side of the track, unfortunately Australia does not have an appropriate manufacturing company for this particular project.
Our product is manufactured in China, however, the company chosen was carefully selected with assistance from Form Design Australia, who have considerable knowledge and experience in working with manufacturing companies in China and all over the world.
It is our commitment to work with manufacturers who demonstrate high standards of ethical business behavior and conduct business fairly, openly, and honestly. We strive to ensure that there is no modern slavery in our supply chain or any part of our operations.
The main ways we take to reach these goals include:
· Supplier Verification Process and Audits
Prior to production, a factory visit was conducted by our contracted partnering agency, Form Design Australia, to ensure compliance with anti-slavery requirements.
Each factory is required to have ethical certifications provided by independent third parties (e.g. ICTI and BSCI).
We also require our suppliers to agree to certain contractual requirements regarding responsible sourcing and anti-slavery compliance, and grant My Magic Tunnel or Form Design Australia the right to audit the supplier’s records and premises at any time.

As a condition of manufacturing "My Magic Tunnel", we ensured that the manufacturing company had:
Compliance with the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI) Ethical Toy Program and/or
Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) Code of Conduct
These standards outline business practices for the lawful, safe, and ethical operation of toy factories.
