ONE MUM'S MISSION TO MAKE BEDTIME EASIER
As a mum of children with ADHD, bedtime once felt like a nightly battle — we tried every tool, aid, and behavioural strategy, yet nothing seemed to help. I dreaded bedtime and ended each night exhausted.
Then I turned back to my Occupational Therapy roots and remembered what truly matters: nervous system regulation, connection, and a sense of safety. My children weren’t being “naughty” — their needs simply weren’t being met.
By focusing on connection through gentle routines, predictable rhythms, and playful rhymes, bedtime transformed from chaos into calm.
Now, as an OT supporting families facing the same challenges, I’ve created My Magic Tunnel and a series of bedtime books designed to nurture love, safety, and connection — helping children feel secure and ready for rest. Because bedtime shouldn’t be a battle — it should be a moment of magic.
WHAT IS MY MAGIC TUNNEL?
My Magic Tunnel is a complete bedtime routine that helps your child wind down, regulate their nervous system, and feel calm and safe before sleep.
Created by an Occupational Therapist and mum, it combines predictability, connection, and imagination to make bedtime something you both look forward to.
Each night, you’ll:
✨ Set the wooden train on its track
✨ Share a quiet story and talk about dream adventures
✨ After your child drifts off, place a special postcard inside
✨ In the morning, the “magic” returns with a new adventure to share
My Magic Tunnel turns bedtime from stressful to soothing — helping children settle with love, connection, and a touch of magic. ✨
